Pinnacle Medical Management is the leader of on-site drug and alcohol testing. Pinnacle started testing in 1985 and now provides services to hundreds of clients. Pinnacle services include using SAMHSA Certified Laboratories, Certified Drug and Alcohol Technician/Collectors, and Board Certified Medical Review Officers. Our goal is to provide each and every client, no matter how large or how small, a court defensible drug and/or alcohol test. By using certified staff during the entire process we also guarantee the donor that their drug screen or breath/alcohol test is being completed correctly. Pinnacle also appreciates the special needs of each client. We can be flexible to accommodate almost any request.
Pinnacle Medical Management currently provides similar services to hundreds of clients worldwide. In addition, all staff members are cross-trained to insure all of the departments are functioning within the scope of business. All collectors receive 40 hours of training on DOT Drug Screen Collections and DOT Breath Alcohol Testing. Next, our collectors spend the first 100 collections with a supervisor. Every collector is then reviewed daily through a system of checks and balances to insure the integrity of the collection. On a random basis each collector (and collection site) is field audited by a Collection Supervisor.

Pinnacle Anytime allows our clients to completely manage their data on-line 24/7, 365 days a year, manage their random pool, obtain results and add, delete or check on the status of a test.
